yeah I was thinking if I should include it, nothing really against him, but it just confirm the multicultural issues per se, I would expect mayor will be at least from major group of population (and yes I know in Berlin they had gay mayor and once again, I have nothing against gays, but still think some position should be occupied by people representing majority, same as certain German childless chancellor who apparently don't care much about future of German children...)

Great well for what it's worth I'm a "multicultural minority" and you're most welcome to express your views through the democratic process if you are Londoner. Evidently, Londoners don't discriminate based on such irrational nonsense and therefore he does, by democratic definition, represent the "majority". Unless, of course, you were imply a representative "racial majority" in which case I have no words to say to you in a civil manner on this forum.
he represents majority of those few voters who bothered to vote, not majority of population or even majority of eligible population
