1) What is the absolute minimum investment in a company that you expect to make?

2) Is there any company and/or set of conditions that would cause you to invest less than your absolute minimum?

3) Are you/your group open to the idea of a repurchase agreement, e.g., company can repurchase all of your stock with future profits?

4) How do you resolve problems arising with the founders of the companies you invest in, and would you be willing to let a company you might invest in -- talk to ALL of the founders of ALL of the companies you've invested in about your history regarding this?

5) What social causes are you involved with? And, have you ever given money directly to the homeless? Why or why not?
