Okay, the model is good, but the things is on-boarding. How much would you trust someone to give them your database, application creds?

I don't really need access to your database unless there's an emergency and I need to make bugfixes. At the beginning if there is a need to get to know each other more first I can just get read-only access to your code and be around on calls.
