Ask HN: What's a good real-time bandwidth monitor?

I'm looking for something like iftop, but with a refresh rate of 10+ FPS, and better visualization options. In particular, a line chart showing bitrate over time would be excellent, with options to show a separate line for each active host, and aggregate. I'm open to GUI solutions, but something usable over SSH would be ideal.
