Doesn't look scheduled. There is nothing over at their Twitter and seems there is a storm going where Internet Archive is hosting bunch of stuff. Probably just a default page they serve if there is 503 responses.

Edit: Sorry about the unrelated post, but wanted to broadcast the actual error page, not their "scheduled maintenance" page as I don't believe this is either maintenance or scheduled.
