As someone who interviewed at top US universities (and ended up going to MIT), I would say that you approaching the problem the wrong way. If you want to get an interview/meetings with top universities, all you have to do is write them. Hell, write the professors. They are all willing to talk about their research and what they are doing.

Much more interesting to me would be a blog about what you found out after meeting luminaries at universities all over the world. Then you could write about how this has structured your world view and why XXXXXX university is the one to go.

That would get you a thumbs up. As it is now, it seems spammish and I would have no incentive to help you out.
