If you’re interested in simple recipes like I’m sure the author is, a great tool is [1]. It transforms needlessly advertising-heavy and other annoyance-ridden recipe websites into readable content

I've wanted both of these things for so long. In some cases, I do like the to learn about the tradition and culture of a food but I wish that was under the recipe.
There usually exist cookbooks that cover these things well.
