please send a quarter on client performance. ios and mac apps are starting to feel slow, probably crossing that 300ms threshold for humans to notice

I can second this. I use no features except the journal, and it's noticeably slower than it used to be when I first started.
+1. I wish the app had a high performance mode that'd cache all blocks of recently opened pages in RAM. May be had to implement and still retain collaboration on pages, but possible if the mode would also write-lock those pages for the period
What good is many features if they're all slow? You just end up doing everything badly. Notion is for the most part following a bottom-up strategy so they can't simply dazzle some IT purchasers with a feature sheet and ignore user experience.

If things don't get better soon I'll probably jump ship before they get worse.

Just found Notion the other day and I have to say so far I am blown away at how much functionality they've packed into this app. Not only is there a ton of functionality but they've also included some great examples of how everything works together so you don't ever feel lost.
Native capability to organize selected pages as nodes into mind maps would be great. The tree on the left doesn't really afford visually thinking about the overall high level structure of the information.

Zapier/IFTTT/Integromat integration - Dealer's choice, I can make it work from there

i have such a love/hate relationship with notion. it does a lot of things well and has a bunch of useful features for a note taking app. but thats also a double edged sword. it has so many features that i will never use that id rather opt for a simpler app that has the features i do use even if its missing some features notion has that are nice.
Please allow your web clipper to work with Firefox containers soon.

As it stands, without the login cookie stored in the session, one can't add anything to Notion with the clipper. One has to switch to a different browser if they want to clip.

This would be solved with an access token of sorts. Make it refreshable if you want to clear it periodically.

Really excited to see what this offers! Anyone have any details on features?

We're working on a product management tool [0] that integrates to all of the other tools our own development team uses regularly (Slack, Github, Figma) and Notion feels a bit like a missing link. We've prioritized the tools we ourselves use, but in our discussions with a bunch of other teams, the tools we use are pretty common amongst small startups.
