Is there something Angular can do to help improve the performance before creating the page?

Angular has tons of things you can do to have great performance. I'm guessing the Google Cloud team just aren't prioritizing performance over features.
The reactivity detection mechanism of angular is not tree scoped like in Vue, it is global and therefore much more inefficient
