WHaaa? Garrison Keillor hand picked Chris Thile to be his successor on the show. (A truly inspired choice, IMHO.) Chris gave the show a more musical focus, since that was what he was more comfortable with producing. Finally though since covid made doing live shows impossible, and that was the backbone of what the show was, he decided to shut it down.
