Yet again, reminded of the dismal fact that I can go several years before being reminded of the US’s 3800 warheads, Russia’s 4300, and China’s 300.

I think step 1 is to decommission both the land and air missiles and bombs, and leave only the SSBN missile submarines.

Interesting article. It seems to be mostly about lobbying and jobs, than anything else.
