Those are all "coming soon". Tesla and Elon Musk are 100% clear that today, you still need to be an attentive driver while using Autopilot.

All those years are in the past.
But those were never guaranteed dates, just very poor/optimistic predictions
"I'll sell you this box. I know it is empty today, but I assure you, tomorrow it will contain a lump of gold!"
On the next day: "I'll sell you this box. I know it's empty today, but tomorrow..."
