The OS that the article says will be installed, Unity OS, looks like it's just Deepin but forked by another company, backed by the government, and not open source, right?

I've recently been looking into checking out Deepin because even with all the distrust in China, open source is still open source and I think it's amazing that an open source scene seems to be flourishing over there as well, at least in some form.
