As a HUGE fan of VR, I couldn't be more stoked for the possibility of Apple entering the VR/AR space. They are one of a handful of companies that has the funds, and the talent, to take it to the next level.

My dream as a software developer, is a set of AR goggles or glasses that I can wear all day and provide a virtual environment to code in. The ability to spawn new monitors on the fly, and move them anywhere, would be so cool. The tech just isn't there right now because of resolution and headset comfort, but hopefully Apple can crack this nut.
