Time and day of week means ‘it is 8:00pm on a friday so you are stoned?’

Then there is that bob marley song about the guy who ‘smokes two joints in the morning’, ‘smokes two joints at night’, ‘smokes two joints in the afternoon’ and you can assume he is always stoned and get accuracy 1.
