AOL had the same problem keeping kids safe. The pedophiles were not banned or disciplined. Adults and mothers and fathers went after the Pedophiles online and AOL banned them for doing that.

I used to run a web forum, it is hard to moderate it and keep the creeps off of it because they just create another account and use proxies to avoid IP bans. It is the reason why I don't run a web forum anymore.
