Every employee gets 4wks minimum. Each quarter, if you have not taken or planned (reserved) any PTO, then PTO is automatically scheduled for you.

Then, during your timeoff, your account is locked out. No fake vacations!

A mandatory continuous week of vacation is standard in some financial jobs. The idea is that it makes it more difficult to conceal fraud/embezzlement, but it also reveals situations where the company is reliant on one person for institutional knowledge.
