A deeper issue that would be more interesting to see in court: apple’s use of coded parts that if removed make the phone inoperable. Who wants something that, after warranty, you can’t repair. Most of these involve what Apple deems security issues

Which is hilarious considering the price of iOS exploits has plummeted, who is waiting for someone to replace their screen or camera to pwn?!
