That doesn't really help, the twitter thread is still lacking context and substance. It sounds like it might be an interesting story though, hopefully a blog post or article is put together, including the company, the infringement notice and other details.

Right now it's not clear if Chelsea got a photo copyright notice ("copyright infringement", "literally a photo of me", "I took of myself") or a product copyright notice ("a larger brand that copied my concept", "my product that I invented"). She also mentions patents, are they related? Sounds pretty open & closed if they are.
