Why on earth would anybody want to work there still?
High six-figure to seven-figure income is why.
The industry is notoriously lopsided in terms of supply and demand for talent. You could have made Facebook money elsewhere, you chose Facebook.

I straight up do not trust anyone with Facebook on their CV post 2016.

Don't forget lack of morals/ethics
