I think the day I have a camera watching me on the job is the day I just lay down work and become a hobo. It just isn't worth it to deal with that.

Here is an efficiency pro-tip: Fire this guy. He obviously has a non-critical role if he has time for that. Automation is a worthwhile endeavour, but this very likely won't net any improved processes. People that implement such surveillance systems should just be ashamed of themselves. They don't provide anything beneficial. Their performance metric for constructive inputs would look rather bleak.
