I tried to use it, but it seemed to be massively US centric.

Not being from the US, even Google's fucked searches were better than it.

Just for balance, it works fine in the UK if you accept it's not going to find results that don't actually exist - like a '10 Best Bikes under $1,000' article written by someone who's gone out and bought 10 bikes with his own money so he can give an honest and impartial review of each for zero reward.
I used it for a while, but switched to kagi.com
So they have lost a a bit of volume to a number of recent upstarts - well, who could have thought it?
