Yes I was banned from PayPal without a warning or reason why. I followed the TOS, I did everything they wanted me to do. Suddenly they decided they could not do business with me and limited my account. I've been using PayPal since forever and always file my taxes including what I earn in PayPal. What did they judge me on? My last few transactions were a donation to Wikipedia, a donation to HaikuOS, and a purchase from Alibaba.

Can't reach them by phone, they don't have an email to write to, and the online help is a joke.
