Yes, I will have to renounce my Indian citizenship but I will get an OCI (overseas citizen of india) status where in I can do everything I could do as an Indian citizen except vote, buy agricultural land and can't work for Indian gov. I am not constrained by any of these restrictions TBH. Also as an OCI, I can travel in and out of India visa free.
