I know this pece is about the US, but I am seeing this shit in my kids school in the UK. People get on face book and just give any one from the school loads of crap when ever something does not go there or there kids way.

Yes, it was bad pre-pandemic, and now it's only getting worse. Parents seem scared to the point of insanity, and massive disrespect and distrust for the institution trying to help them care for their precious kiddos.
The net effect is they end up harassing individuals to the point where the teachers become less effective at their jobs. In the short, medium, and long-term this punishes the teacher personally, school admins, as well as their own children and other people's kids. For no gain, just externalizing a single parent's pain and wrath.
