You can’t say/do anything you want to - that’s how society works. If you don’t like it, you can free to not conduct business. No one is forcing you to offer an service or app. The society is fine in making that trade off.

That is what freedom is, blocking people from creating stuff is not.
No, you shouldn’t. The society can create bounds around what you can create. You are free to not like it that’s the freedom you get from the society.
