I would say the other other Elizabeth, after the Elizabeth that is now and Elizabeth Tudor. And it is only due to the historic ignorance around female primogeniture that Elizabeth II isn’t also a Tudor.

I was wrong, I thought James VI was the son of James V, and thus a "Tudor" via his grandmother.
I have trouble figuring out what you mean by the last sentence. There was no legitimate (and non-Catholic) female heir who had priority over James IV and I when Elizabeth I died. Even if female primogeniture was accepted at the time, the crown would have gone to James.
