I don't see the link between making money and being spam free, can you please expand on this?
Monetized platforms tend to put a lot of focus on user "engagement" because that's generally where the money's at. Quantity over quality is usually more profitable.
I still don't follow. The question was about spam, not about advertising, or do I misunderstand you?
