Anecdote, but all the female Haskell programmers I know of are trans (besides 2 people).
Gender disparity is a problem in PL world too but the Haskell Interlude[1] has interviewed a few women. One of the co-hosts is Niki Vazou who has worked on Liquid Haskell.[2]
