Vivaldi has all of the things mentioned in the article, but also with UI customization for power users and lot more. Vivaldi also lacks silly crypto scheme tie-ins.
Does Vivaldi let you have a proper titlebar?
It seems like a small feature, but I find it essential for accessibility, and Brave and Chrome have both taken it away.
If you mean a titlebar supplied by the OS or window manager, then yes.

I see that if I set the tabs to be on the left or the right, I get a fake titlebar, but I haven't found an option to get a proper one that matches all the other applications.
What a lazy comparison. It reads like a marketing piece from Brave.
Everything mentioned other than built-in Tor can be handled with extensions that give you even more control.
Also doesn’t mention other browsers, except Firefox briefly.
