I don't mean to be trite, but that won't work since everything is chemicals.
You also can't prove anything safe.
Good old di-hydrogen monoxide. A horribly toxic chemical.
It is the #1 cause of death in the US for ages 1-4, and #2 from 5-14.
Also, if you drink it, you will certainly die.
