Not sure what you're implying with this. Specs have remained exactly the same and now, they've actually delivered on the spec they advertised in 2017.

Delivered? They drove a demo version up on stage at a PR event. Come back when Pepsico has their fleets...

Let's wait and see if that's actually true. Tesla specs are a lot more "optimistic" than specs for other EV manufacturers (see the promised vs actual ranges of their passenger cars, for example).
