As much as I hate the price, I have to agree on it happening. There some areas where innovation will only happen if the investors can get their investment plus profit back. The real win is that there will be a cure for a terrible disease and after the patent expires it can be copied and sold at a reasonable prices vs not having the cure at all. It's a long term investment.
