For me, I started falling asleep quickly once I chose a home for my phone (downstairs on my kitchen counter). I also discovered I started getting out of bed more quickly too!

You might not be able to ditch your phone entirely, but you can get closer!
You can get a cellular Apple Watch and leave your phone at home. It sucks to use iMessage on it, but that's kind of the point. It can connect to AirPods for Siri and phonecalls and directions, and that tends to be enough.
