Why? Is it comfortable? How many hours per day do you spend sitting on it?
It’s pretty comfortable. I use it because sitting in normal chairs hurts my back. I’ve been using it ~4 hours per day
Thanks, I tend to slouch so was considering buying one but heard conflicting opinions.
I used one many years ago; it doesn't magically keep you from slouching -- you still have to make an effort sit up straight, but it is easier to do so than when sitting
I built one of these myself about 30 years ago!
