If the headline was "world's youngest MSP" instead of "programming prodigy" would there be less hate in this thread?

I surveyed the comment thread; there are some people being pedantic, and some who are annoyed at various things, but I haven't seen a whole lot of hate.

"world's youngest MSP" is still pretty meaningless.
I have no clue why this is even on hacker news, let alone top story.
Well, you have only been here eight days. Give it some time and I'm sure you'll come to understand what HN appreciates better.
