Much as I love Germany (the country, the people, the culture etc), I can't help pointing out that it wouldn't even be among my top 10 choices if I were an "Indian IT Specialist" considering to move for work. The sad truth is that bureaucracy, fiscality etc are so absurdly overblown in Germany that they almost kill the place in terms of economical viability for anyone above an entry level employment position. IT specialists have way better options elsewhere. And the situation is even worse for entrepreneurs.
In short: Germany is a top spot for tourism and culture… but not somewhere you want to pay taxes as an IT specialist, deal with bureaucracy or create a company.
