The only remotely graphic things in it are related to animals being killed and nature shows on PBS are more graphic, especially when you consider the terrible video quality of Faces of Death. I watched Faces of Death when I was around 9 in the late 80s, we spent most of the time laughing about how bad and fake it was, it was not even good enough to fool 9 year olds in the 80s. The only actual human deaths they shown are taken from broadcast news footage where you don't actually see anything and the only reason you know someone died is because they tell you, things like police shooting at a house.
