So... $25/vial. Which is still twice as much as Japan and Canada, and four times as much as the UK and Australia. (Source: https://www.rand.org/pubs/research_reports/RRA788-1.html)
Presumably this is in response to the state of California, which is trying to pass a bill capping insulin prices at $35/month (precisely the same amount as in this press release).
