I disabled ALL notifications (except phone calls), and developed routines for manually checking everything.
It’s done wonders for reducing my stress levels and increasing my meaningful output :)

same, I don't use communication apps on my phone, if needed I use the browser.
but I need to have <5 min reactivity for my customers so ideally I can do some custom notification if necessary i can code a mobile/webapp quickly
