3d tetris, go (the game), twixt [1] (not counting the 3d printed twists to create the board)

Can always up the twixt difficulty by adding conditional patterns[8][9]. Bit easier than designing a unique rubix cube.

Battle of the 2d tiling concept[0][2]; but a VR 3d would require additional foor/ceiling perspective.

Although really depends on how one define's an 8x8 chess board relative to what's considered twisty. ( lambda calc, fourier transform, turing complete spreadsheet, etc. )[3][4], execution / code path [5], language garbage collection[6].

any particular favored geometry/dimension / number base? bagua, gigamix/magictile[1], kleine bottle[2], burmuda saturn cube, Szilassi polyhedron, pyraminx, skewb, 7D cube[3], tuttminx, hanoiminx, clover dodecahedron, icosahedron, turtle cube, sunminx, futtmix, 6 column ghost cube, 3 column ghost barrel, rubik's ball, unicorn cube, etc.
