I think a big problem with things like Uber Eats and DoorDash is many of them do not give the option of leaving a note with the tip, if part of your order is missing and you give a poor tip because of that than the driver has no clue that is why, they just think you are an asshole. I have not used these two services but the couple like it that I have used I stopped using and gave no tip on my last orders because the orders were so wrong, the only feedback I could give was in the way of a generic review. Calling the restaurant about the issue just resulted in them saying the orders were complete and proper when picked up, the driver must have messed up. I no longer use any sort of third party delivery services.
