Can't agree to the article when it comes to KDE Plasma. It already offers quite wide and customizable keyboard shortcuts for doing window management and other things as well. Also the latest version actually has incorporated basic infrastructure for tilling windows. So I would say KDE Plasma is on a good path to become that tilling desktop environment. And there are already nice extensions available for KDE Plasma, like Bismuth, that already provide some advnaced tiling capabilities.
We need accessibility more. Unfortunately, despite all CoCs, this has been forgotten in wayland¹².
Sorry for unrelated rant. I know I deserve the downvotes.

¹ yes I know, the compositor! Unfortunately every DE (usually) needs its own compositor. No unifying API for accessibility on Linux in 2023 anymore.
² but it's secure now
Upvoted! Never any harm in more options, especially to include more people.
Regolith anyone or i3?
