Whoof, seems like a downgrade that there is now no standard way to read things like permissions of a cgroup. Instead you have to reverse engineer the ebpf code. Yikes.

Higher level abstractions can & should be built around this. The kernel basically leaving it all to user has great power. But golly gee, user land is an illegible splat of whatever!
