'and a myriad others' is sufficient, the 'of' is not needed. It's like the 'y' in 'relevancy' or machine in 'ATM machine'. You're just adding... redundancy.

Either “myriad others” as an adjective or “a myriad of others” as a noun is fine. I’m not sure “a myriad others” works at all.
