Haven't they (and the Economist and others) been writing the same doom-scenarios for 15+ years? Reminds me of the "Apple is doomed" articles appearing every month since the introduction of the iPod. Talk about prediction skills...
Yeah I honestly want to know if this time is any different or are they just going to keep predicting this every few years and china rebounds with no long lasting issues
It's been said many times that the local state budget girding RE development boom would eventually crash --that was a while ago. Still has not imploded systematically. Maybe this time will be different, as they tend to say.
