So how do we turn this off?
Rip out the GSM transceiver and don't take it to the dealership for them to download logs, and limit who can connect to your OBD port (this is routine during DMV smog checks in eg Nevada).

This will void the warranty and cause major hassles, and will become increasingly unworkable.

Apparently on a 2019 F150 it’s fuse 10 in the passenger side fuse box to disable the modem
