A few remarks/questions:
1) Most modern superconductors have a high critical temperature but at a huge pressure. I can't find that detail. Is this at ambient pressure?
2) It looks like they are using a different material. What is the chemical formula?
3) The patent office don't check that the material works. They only see the paperwork. It's not necessary to give them a sample, or have the data accepted in a peer review journal, or even a working prototype. So this may been "vaporware". Is there more data available?
A bit further down they confirm it's at ambient pressure. But only time will tell if all those claims are true.
The material in this post is made with perorated graphene wetted with aliphatic hydrocarbon (somewhat something like gasoline, if there is no a chemist around to complain). It has a lot of structure in the graphene and in the material that support the grahene. So it is very different from the LK-99 discussed this week.
Other materials somewhat similar to LK-99 have shown superconductivity, but not at room temperature and pressure. I don't remember something similar from graphene mixes. And this has filled two years ago and nobody noticed. Pain me very skeptical.
Salvatore Pais's room-temperature superconductor patent was assigned to the US Navy several years ago :).
