Can someone explain why the US has grounds for extradition? The defendants are Russian, and the US is getting upset because Russia isn’t sending them to the US.

Imagine if you posted a video of Tiananmen Square on TikTok and the CCP demanded your country fly you to China for punishment, then called you a fugitive for not volunteering.

yeah, its crimes against "rights holders". civilans dont matter. rights holders do. a lot.
