Steroids for interviewees. It’s going to get increasingly more difficult for legit candidates to compete against AI-enhanced candidates.

It’s also going to make life much harder on interviewers to suss out good candidates on remote interviews.

We probably need a system that allows folks to vouch for people to measure reputation. Blockchain something something.

Of course that’ll get gamed in seconds.

Maybe we’ll go back to hiring local only. All in person interviews and you’ll need real street cred in a local coding community. Everyone online will be assumed to be a fraud or at least cheating.
